How do I change Password for my Okto wallet?

When you register for an Okto account, we prioritize the security of your funds by requesting that you set up a login Password as an additional security measure.
To change your account Password, follow the following steps:
In case you are logged out from your Okto app:
During the login process, when Okto asks for Password, click on 'Forgot Password'.
Click on 'Confirm' on 'Reset Password' confirmation prompt.
Enter your Email and OTP sent to your Email.
Enter your Okto PIN.
Enter your new Okto Password and confirm it
Note: For security reasons you will be logged out. Please login again
In case you are logged in your Okto app:
Tap on your Profile icon located at the top-left corner.
Select 'Security' from the options.
Click on the 'Change Password' button.
Enter your desired new Okto Password and confirm it.
Note: For security reasons, you won't be able to make any withdrawals for 24 hours after creating or changing your PIN. This waiting period is in place to protect your account and ensure the security of your funds.
